Enquiries: when you write or call us, we process your name, contact details and the content of your enquiry in order to answer it and to plan a possible voyage. Legal basis: performance of a contract or our legitimate interest in responding to you.

Voyages: for a confirmed voyage we process the guest list, contact details and any information you choose to give us that is relevant to safety on board, such as allergies, reduced mobility or the ages of children. Legal basis: performance of a contract, and safety at sea.

Accounting: invoices and payment records are kept in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.

The enquiry form on our contact page does not send data to this website. It opens a pre-filled message in your own email programme, and nothing is stored here until you choose to send that email.

Open departures are booked through the SejlPlan platform. When you book there, SejlPlan processes your data as part of providing that service, and their own privacy terms apply in addition to ours. We receive the booking information we need to carry out the voyage.

This website does not use marketing or tracking cookies. Embedded content from SejlPlan may set cookies necessary for the booking calendar to work when you use it. Gallery videos use YouTube's privacy-enhanced player; the player may contact YouTube when you choose to play a video.

We do not sell personal data. Data may be shared with our accountant, our IT and booking suppliers acting as data processors, and public authorities where the law requires it. Data is stored only for as long as necessary for the purpose, while accounting material is retained for the period required by applicable law.

You have the right to access, correction, erasure, restriction of processing and objection, and the right to data portability where applicable. Write to info@sejlmedaron.dk and we will answer as quickly as we can. You may also complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet).
